Job summary

EW Facility Services in Amsterdam zoekt een Housekeeping Supervisor bij Zoku Amsterdam. Je bewaakt dagelijkse schoonmaakprocessen, coördineert de teamtaken en ondersteunt Room Attendants om kamers en publieke ruimtes aan hoge normen te laten voldoen. Werktijden 09:00–17:00, 33–38 uur per week, minimaal twee weekenden per maand; Nederlands is niet vereist, Engels vereist, woonachtig in/nabij Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• Ervaring in housekeeping, bij voorkeur in een hotel.
• Bereid verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en een team te ondersteunen.
• Vriendelijk, georganiseerd en duidelijk in communicatie.
• Let op details en kwaliteit.
• Geschikt werken in een drukke hotelomgeving.

Responsibilities

• Houd housekeeping-activiteiten dagelijks op schema.
• Verdeel het werk en controleer kamers/ruimtes op kwaliteit.
• Ondersteun Room Attendants tijdens shifts en beantwoord vragen.
• Zorg dat kamers op tijd schoon en gastvrij zijn.

Job description

Wij bieden

• Gross hourly salary from €16.70, depending on your work experience*
• Salary paid every 4 weeks, so 13 payments per year
• Travel allowance of €0.14 per kilometre from 20 km per day
• 8% holiday allowance, paid in May
• 10% holiday hours accrual and 5% year-end bonus
• 26 vacation days based on full-time employment, plus an extra day off on your birthday
• An 8-month contract with a 1-month probation period, with the possibility of a permanent contract

Jouw baan

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Zoku Amsterdam, you make sure the housekeeping team can do their best work every day by:

• Coordinating the daily housekeeping activities,
• dividing the work and check that rooms and public areas meet our quality standards.
• Supporting the Room Attendants during their shift, answer questions and help when needed.

You are also the person the team can come to when something is not going according to plan. Together, you make sure the rooms are clean, ready on time and welcoming for every guest.

Work Schedule:

• 33–38 hours per week, spread over 5 days.
• Usual working hours are from 09:00 to 17:00.
• At least 2 weekends per month.

• Experienced in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel
• Ready to take responsibility and support a team
• Friendly, organised and clear in your communication
• Someone who notices details and cares about quality
• Comfortable working in a busy hotel environment
• Available for 33–38 hours per week, from 9AM & at least 2 weekends per month
• English speaking; Dutch is not required
• Living in or close to Amsterdam
