Job summary

EW Facility Services zoekt een Housekeeping Supervisor voor The Manor Amsterdam. Je leidt een internationaal team van ongeveer 12 kamermeisjes, controleert kamers en publieksruimtes, bewaakt kwaliteit en zorgt dat de dag soepel verloopt.

Deze hands-on rol vereist dat je waar nodig ook kamers schoonmaakt en flexibel werkt van 10:00 tot 18:00, met een contract van 7 maanden en een mogelijke verlenging. Wij bieden bruto uurloon vanaf €16,70, betaling elke 4 weken, reiskosten, 8% vakantie-uitkering,

Qualifications

• Ervaring in housekeeping, bij voorkeur in een hotel.
• Beschikbaar 5 dagen per week, inclusief minimaal 2 weekenden per maand.
• Bereid verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en een team aan te sturen.
• Goede oog voor detail en kwaliteitsnormen handhaven.
• Duidelijke instructies kunnen geven en collega's ondersteunen.
• Hands-on en bereid kamers mee te schoonmaken.
• Engels kunnen communiceren.
• Woonachtig in Amsterdam of omgeving.

Job description

Wij bieden

• Gross hourly wage from €16.70, depending on your work experience*
• Salary paid every 4 weeks, which means 13 payments per year
• Travel allowance of €0.14 per kilometre when you travel 20 km or more per day
• 8% holiday allowance, paid in May
• 10% holiday hours accrual and 5% end-of-year bonus
• 26 vacation days based on full-time employment and an extra day off on your birthday
• A 7-month contract with a 1-month probation period, with the intention to extend
• Training and development opportunities within EW Facility Services

*Gross hourly wage from age 20.

Jouw baan

As Housekeeping Supervisor at The Manor Amsterdam, you lead an international team of around 12 Room Attendants. You check rooms and public areas, keep an eye on quality and make sure the day runs smoothly. This is a hands-on role: when the team needs extra help, you jump in and help clean rooms too. You work approximately from 10:00 to 18:00 in a flexible and enthusiastic team where everyone helps each other.

Jij bent

• Experienced in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel
• Avaliable 5 days a week including at least 2 weekends per month
• Ready to take responsibility and guide a team during the day
• Good at noticing details and keeping quality standards high
• Comfortable giving clear instructions and supporting colleagues
• Hands-on and willing to help clean rooms when necessary
• Able to communicate in English
• Living in Amsterdam or nearby
