Job summary

Hotelprofessionals - Moxy/Residence Inn The Hague is op zoek naar een Housekeeping Supervisor. Je geeft leiding aan het housekeeping-team, stelt dagelijkse roosters op en waarborgt dat kamers en openbare ruimtes fris en up-to-date zijn.

Je werkt samen met operationele afdelingen, ondersteunt de Housekeeping Manager met administratie en zorgt voor naleving van merk- en schoonmaakprocedures. Een flexibele instelling en Engelse taalvaardigheid zijn vereist.

Qualifications

• Geen minimumopleiding vereist
• Beheerst de Engelse taal

Responsibilities

• Toezicht houden op het housekeeping-team
• Een dagelijkse planning maken
• Assisteren bij schoonmaakwerkzaamheden (kamers en publieksruimtes) indien nodig
• Verantwoordelijk zijn voor netheid en aanvullen van kasten en trolleys
• Zorgen voor naleving van merkstandaarden en schoonmaakprocedures
• Ondersteunen van de Housekeeping Manager met administratie
• Communiceren met operationele afdelingen

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you are responsible for the total appearance of the hotel, interior and exterior. You are supervising a team and ensure that our guests are having a memorable stay together with the operational departments.

Your day will consist of...

• Supervising the Housekeeping team

• Making a planning for the day

• Assisting the team in cleaning (rooms and public area) whenever necessary

• Taking responsibility for cleanliness and restocking of cabinets and trolleys

• Ensuring brand standards and cleaning procedures up to date and are being followed

• Assisting the Housekeeping Manager in administration tasks

• Communicate with operational departments

• Have a passion for cleaning and have previous experience in a similar role

• Are a team player

• Are punctual and detail orientated

• Are flexible and can easily adapt

• Have a positive mindset and can perform well under pressure

• Are flexible to work on weekdays, weekends and public holidays

• Have a good understanding of the English language
