Job summary

CCS Cleaning in Amsterdam is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily operations, supervise rooms and public areas, and ensure high cleanliness standards in our hospitality suites. You will manage staff schedules, coach the team, coordinate with other departments, and oversee laundry, inventory, and end-of-day reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations & Oversight: lead daily briefings to assign tasks, inspect room cleanliness, and ensure quality standards. Respond promptly to guest requests, while overseeing the cleanliness of rooms and public areas.
• Team Leadership & Coordination: manage staff schedules, provide feedback and coaching, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Maintain strong communication with other departments to resolve cross-functional issues efficiently
• Logistics & Reporting: supervise laundry services, monitor inventory, and ensure timely replenishment of supplies. Complete end-of-day reports and ensure smooth handovers for the following day.
• Training & Continuous Improvement: organize training sessions for new hires and ongoing development. Plan and execute deep cleaning rotations to maintain high standards across all areas.

• Proven leadership experience in the cleaning industry, ideally in facility services or commercial cleaning
