Responsibilities

• Guest Room Cleaning & Preparation: Make beds, change linens, dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize bathrooms, replenish amenities.
• Public Area Maintenance: Clean corridors, stairwells, and housekeeping closets; manage trash and recycling.
• Laundry & Linen Management: Transport soiled linens, restock clean linen and towels.
• Inventory & Supplies: Restock cleaning products, linen, and amenities to meet standards.
• Guest Service: Respond promptly to guest requests and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow health and safety standards and proper use of chemicals/equipment.
• Quality Assurance: Self-inspections; report problems and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate with team and supervisors; assist with training.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and preparing guest rooms and public areas to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. You will work closely with the Housekeeping Supervisor and other team members, contributing directly to the guest experience and the hotel's reputation for high standards.

Our Mission

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Room Cleaning & Preparation : Make beds and change linens; dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors; clean and sanitize bathrooms; replenish guest amenities (towels, toiletries, water, etc.).
• Public Area Maintenance : Maintain the cleanliness of public areas such as corridors, stairwells, and housekeeping closets; empty trash bins and recycle as needed.
• Laundry & Linen Management : Remove and transport soiled linens to the laundry area; restock clean linens and towels.
• Inventory & Supplies : Maintain housekeeping cart supplies, regularly restocking cleaning products, linen, and amenities to meet operational standards.
• Guest Service : Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests — e.g., extra pillows, blankets, or toiletries — and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Safety & Compliance : Follow all health and safety standards, including correct use of cleaning chemicals and equipment; report any hazards or accidents.
• Quality Assurance : Perform self-inspections, report problems, and work with the housekeeping team to maintain a consistently high standard of cleanliness.
• Team Collaboration : Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors; assist with training or mentoring new attendants if necessary.

• Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role is preferred but not required
