Tivoli Doelen Amsterdam is seeking a Housekeeping Quality Management Intern to support daily operations, uphold five-star standards, and gain leadership experience within the Housekeeping team. You will monitor cleanliness, assist in leading a team of Attendants, manage stock, and collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an educational institution throughout the internship.
• Curious, proactive and results-oriented.
• Strong sense of responsibility with excellent attention to detail.
• Enjoy collaborating with colleagues and guests from around the world.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Willing to develop leadership and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and quality control of the Housekeeping Department.
• Assist in leading and motivating a team of Housekeeping Attendants.
• Monitor cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas.
• Act as a point of contact for guests and collaborate across departments.
• Support stock management and help ensure departmental efficiency.
• Help maintain and improve quality standards in line with Minor Hotels' brand requirements.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute ideas to enhance guest experience.
