NH Collection is seeking a Housekeeping Quality Management Intern in Amsterdam to support daily operations and uphold high cleaniness standards. You will work with the Housekeeping team, helping deliver consistently high standards and present guest rooms and public areas with care.

You will be actively enrolled in an educational program, eager to learn, detail-oriented and capable of collaborating across departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Formación

• Active enrollment in an educational program during the internship.
• Curious, proactive and motivated to contribute.
• Excellent eye for detail.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily operations and quality checks of the Housekeeping Department.
• Assist the Housekeeping team to deliver high standards.
• Ensure guest rooms and public areas are presented and prepared thoughtfully.
• Connect with guests and collaborate with colleagues across departments.
• Support stock management and daily activity organization.
• Learn NH Collection quality standards and improvements.
• Share ideas to enhance operations and guest experience.
