Qualifications

• Planning, coordination and follow-up of technical and maintenance work.
• Experience in facilities and hospitality operations preferred.
• Strong communication with hotel departments and contractors.
• Fluent Dutch and English communications.

Responsibilities

• Register and oversee technical and maintenance requests; maintain overview of outstanding work.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities with priorities from the Assistant Manager Technical Services.
• Coordinate planning of technicians and contractors with hotel departments.
• Monitor progress and provide timely updates to requestors and stakeholders.
• Maintain administration: work orders, quotations, purchase orders, reports and certificates.
• Support Service & Contact Centre development and day-to-day operations.
