Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam is seeking a Technical Services Coordinator to bring structure to planning and follow-up of technical and maintenance activities. You will liaise between Technical Services, hotel departments and external contractors, ensuring clear priorities and timely updates.

Qualifications

Planning, coordination and follow-up of technical and maintenance work.
Experience in facilities and hospitality operations preferred.
Strong communication with hotel departments and contractors.
Fluent Dutch and English communications.

Responsibilities

Register and oversee technical and maintenance requests; maintain overview of outstanding work.
Plan and coordinate maintenance activities with priorities from the Assistant Manager Technical Services.
Coordinate planning of technicians and contractors with hotel departments.
Monitor progress and provide timely updates to requestors and stakeholders.
Maintain administration: work orders, quotations, purchase orders, reports and certificates.
Support Service & Contact Centre development and day-to-day operations.
