Job summary

Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam invites a Management Assistant Intern to gain a broad view of hotel operations while supporting the General Manager with daily administrative and strategic tasks. This role offers exposure across departments, participation in meetings, and advancement opportunities in a world-class hospitality setting.

You will assist in coordinating projects, preparing reports and updates, and helping elevate guest experience and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or related study programme.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Available for at least 6 months internship in the Netherlands.
• Capable of working in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager with daily administrative, organisational, and operational tasks.
• Coordinate projects, initiatives, and follow-up actions across departments on behalf of the General Manager.
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials, and management updates.
• Participate in meetings and monitor progress on key actions, priorities, and deadlines.
• Gain exposure to hotel operations through cross-department collaboration and support teams when needed.
• Contribute to quality, guest experience, and process improvement initiatives across the hotel.
