Job summary

PPHE Hotel Group's Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam is offering a Management Assistant Intern position for February 2027. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will gain exposure to all areas of hotel operations and support projects across departments to ensure smooth operation and an exceptional guest experience.

You will prepare reports, presentations, and updates while participating in meetings and monitoring deadlines.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or related study programme.
• Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken.
• Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands.
• Available for a minimum internship period of 6 months.
• Proactive, organised and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager with daily administrative, organisational, and operational tasks.
• Coordinate projects, initiatives, and follow-up actions across departments on behalf of the General Manager.
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials, and management updates.
• Participate in meetings and monitor progress on key actions, priorities, and deadlines.
• Gain exposure to hotel operations through cross-department collaboration and support teams when needed.
• Contribute to quality, guest experience, and process improvement initiatives across the hotel.
