Job summary

Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam City Hall is seeking a reliable Maintenance Attendant to ensure our hotel facilities are in excellent condition for guests. You will perform routine inspections, handle basic electrical, plumbing and HVAC tasks, and support preventive maintenance to keep guest areas safe and comfortable.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or general maintenance required.
• Hands-on problem-solving skills and independent work ability are essential.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building and technical installations (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and resolve issues.
• Support preventive maintenance and safety compliance across areas.
• Assist external contractors when required.
• Ensure safe, clean, and well-maintained guest and staff environments.
