Job summary

Borealis Hotel Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager for the ibis budget Amsterdam City South. The role focuses on overseeing technology and maintenance, setting priorities, and coordinating work with the head office and external partners.

You will troubleshoot equipment and manage checks, with daily follow-ups on technical issues. You will lead the technical team, schedule preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a comparable hotel maintenance role.
• Knowledge of Dutch safety regulations for installations.
• Strong computer skills with Word and Excel; familiarity with BMS.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities in the hotel.
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers for inspections.
• Draw up preventive maintenance plan and safety rounds.
• Manage and develop the technical team.
• Record compliance with legal requirements.
