Job summary

Ibis budget Amsterdam City South is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day hotel operations and lead the Front Office team. You will collaborate with support departments, the external housekeeping team and regional colleagues, reporting directly to the General Manager.

The ideal candidate brings at least 1 year in a similar role in the Amsterdam region, fluency in Dutch and English (additional language a plus), and a proactive, team-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Team-player with willingness to take responsibility.
• Calm and composed in a busy environment.
• At least 1 year in a similar role in the Amsterdam region.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; another language is a plus.
• Experience with Opera Cloud or willingness to learn a new PMS.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Front Office team and collaborate with support departments, housekeeping and regional office; report to General Manager.
• Ensure all operations are conducted safely and in a safe environment.
