Job summary

The College Hotel, a Corendon property now part of Marriott, seeks a Front Office Associate. You are the face of the hotel, welcoming guests and handling check-in and check-out, inquiries, and messages.

You will support sales, maintain the reception area, and assist with administration and invoicing. Fluency in Dutch and English, flexible to work evenings and weekends, and prior experience in a similar role are required. Training under Marriott standards will be provided.

Qualifications

• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
• Creative in proposing solutions with a structured approach.
• Good at processing numbers.
• Strong communication and administrative skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both oral and written.
• Experience in a similar position is a must.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-in and check-out.
• Provide tourist information and handle guest inquiries and complaints.
• Answer calls, relay messages, and manage incoming communications.
• Maintain administration and update records.
• Support sales activities and present the working environment.
• Contribute ideas for improvements within the Front Office Team.
• Handle registration and invoicing processes.
