Job summary

Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam invites you to an Accounting Internship starting January/February 2027. You will join our Finance Department to learn the financial operations of a luxury hotel, assisting with invoices, archiving, and payments.

Our program offers cross-training across departments, a monthly €600 gross allowance based on 38 hours per week, travel allowance, and complimentary meals in the staff canteen, plus up to 50% F&B discounts in 4- and 5-star Amsterdam hotels.

Qualifications

• You are enrolled in a hospitality management study.
• You are fluent in English at a business level.
• You have an affinity with finance and are numerically literate.

Responsibilities

• Support the Finance Department with daily activities including invoices, workflow, archiving and payments.
• Monitor debtor and creditor payments and send reminders when late.
• Work with an enthusiastic, driven team and gain hands-on insight into hotel finance.
• Participate in an operational shift once a month for hands-on experience.
