Job summary

INK Hotel Amsterdam - MGallery is offering a Finance internship aimed at students in HBO finance, business administration, or hospitality studies. You will work closely with the Back Office Manager, handle invoices, month-end tasks, and contribute to management reports.

The role includes stock control for F&B, system reconciliations (Opera, Micros), and cross-department learning across the hotel. Fluency in English and Dutch preferred; start Feb 2027 for at least 25 weeks.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of English; Dutch language preferred.
• Affinitiy with numbers and financial awareness helps in daily tasks.
• Enrolled in HBO finance, business administration or hospitality related study.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end closing and F&B stock control.
• Receive purchase invoices and forward to Central Accounting.
• Check and reconcile Opera and Micros systems.
• Support Back Office Manager with reports and analyses.
• Process bank transactions and assist with daily reports.
