Cityden Aparthotels offers a Duty Management Intern role where you participate in daily hotel operations and develop into an independent Duty Manager under the guidance of the Hotel Manager.

You will gain hands-on experience across Front Office, Housekeeping and F&B, take initiative, handle guest questions and feedback, and contribute to efficient operations while enjoying a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualificações

• Pursuing a college degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management or a related field and available for at least six months.
• Fluent in English; HBO in Tourism and Events direction; availability 4 days a week; flexible with weekends/holidays.

Responsabilidades

• During your internship, you will get to know the entire hotel operation across Front Office, Housekeeping and F&B.
• You will be trained to work independently as a Duty Manager and to manage the team.
• You will support guest satisfaction by handling reviews and guest feedback and by proactive problem solving.
• There will be administrative tasks including cash management, time registration and month-end closings.
