You will be a visible, friendly presence across reception, social spaces, bar, and corridors, helping with check-ins, guest queries, and keeping noise and safety in check. Shifts include mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest-service and communication skills.

• Assist reception with check-ins and guest queries.
• Conduct regular walkthroughs to manage noise and safety.
• Monitor outdoor areas and communicate with the team via radio.
