Leonardo Hotels Benelux is seeking an Operational Marketing Intern to join the Benelux Shared Support Office Marketing team. You will help translate brand plans into practical activities, coordinating photoshoots, content production, and on‑property activations across hotels in the Netherlands and Belgium.

You’ll support signage, menus, flyers, and collateral, ensuring materials follow brand guidelines. The role offers a dynamic, hands‑on experience in hospitality marketing and requires travel

Qualifikationen

• Interest in hospitality, branding, content production and operational marketing.
• Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and consistency with brand guidelines.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude and eager to learn.
• Clear communication and ability to work with diverse teams and partners.
• Able to work independently when required.
• Currently enrolled in an HBO or WO program (Marketing/Communication/Hospitality/Media/Business).
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Willing to travel to Benelux hotels for shoots and events.
• Available for 5–6 months.
• Enrollment at an educational institution is required.

Aufgaben

• Assist planning and coordination of hotel photoshoots including briefs, shot lists, schedules and props.
• Organise content production for hotel rooms, dining, events and guest experiences.
• Coordinate with hotel teams, photographers, videographers, suppliers and agencies.
• Support on‑property marketing requests (signage, menus, flyers, in‑room materials, screens).
• Ensure materials align with brand guidelines and stay up to date.
• Assist with hotel openings, rebrands, campaigns and activations.
• Collect content from hotels and maintain shared asset libraries.
