Job summary

Postillion Hotels is seeking an Hospitality Manager responsible for overseeing Food & Beverage operations, including restaurant, banqueting and bar. You will balance guest attention with leading the F&B Supervisors and coaching your team to deliver exceptional experiences for both leisure and business guests.

You will join a friendly, proactive team, drive upgrades in service quality, and lead by example in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B leadership and team management.
• Ability to conduct appraisal conversations and provide coaching.
• Proven track record of improving hospitality quality and guest satisfaction.

As Hospitality Manager you are responsible for the Food and Beverage. You know how to switch well between giving attention to guests, but also gather information from the F&B Supervisors and support your team so that together with you they can pamper the guests completely. Attention with impact is what we call it. Whether it's a large conference with dinner for 1200 guests, or a small meeting. You have final responsibility for the restaurant, banqueting and bar. You switch effortlessly between leisure guests and people who book business with us. You have a relaxed and positive way of leading.
