Job summary

Postillion Hotels is seeking a kitchen professional to join our team. You will help in a professional kitchen, focusing on preparing and cooking dishes, while supporting a fast-paced environment and upholding HACCP standards.

You should be a team player with an eye for detail, flexible for early shifts and weekend work, and comfortable taking on basic kitchen prep tasks. The role offers opportunities for growth within our kitchens.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or willingness to develop in a professional kitchen.
• Team player who can rely on colleagues in the kitchen.
• Attention to detail to know where you can be most useful.
• Flexible, early shifts; comfortable with weekends and holidays.
• Hands-on in the kitchen and skilled in basic prep techniques.
• Familiar with HACCP rules and food safety standards.
