Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd. is seeking a Finance Director to lead the finance function for a portfolio of hotel assets, reporting to the CEO and investors. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution in a scaling hospitality business across Europe.

You will partner with leadership, manage external partners, and drive governance, budgeting, and performance analysis in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting in hotels.
• Experience across multiple European markets is essential.
• Fluent English required; Dutch is a plus.
• Hands-on, commercially minded, and comfortable in a scaling business.
• Strong financial reporting, governance, and partner management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function across the corporate business and hotel portfolio.
• Deliver financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and performance analysis.
• Act as a strategic finance partner to leadership and investors.
• Oversee outsourced accounting, compliance, and technical finance functions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across operations, development, and investment partners.
• Support hotel openings, refurbishments, acquisitions, and growth projects.
• Drive process improvements, financial governance, and operational efficiencies.
• Lead and mentor a small finance team.
