A leading hotel group in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Financial Controller to strengthen their finance function and act as a strategic partner to the management team. This role involves leading the finance team, overseeing compliance and reporting, and providing strategic insights for decision-making. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience, a Chartered accountancy qualification, and proficiency in financial accounting standards. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered including a gross salary up to €120,000.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience in financial and management accounting.
• Knowledge of local European GAAP and IFRS.
• Fluency in English; Dutch preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance team to ensure deliverables are met.
• Manage month-end closing processes and ensure compliance.
• Oversee tax compliance and manage payment processes.
