At Tante Tilly and Mr. Sammi, the floor moves at pace. From coffee and lunch to Dinner and busy evening services, every shift requires overview and teamwork. Both locations are part of The Big Family Group, where structure, quality, and guest-focused service are central.

For our teams in Roermond, we are looking for a Waitstaff Employee II, also known as a section waiter, who takes responsibility for their own section of the restaurant and ensures polished and consistent service.

The role of a Waitstaff Employee II

As a Waitstaff Employee II, you are responsible for your own section during service. You take orders, advise guests, serve food and drinks, and maintain oversight of your tables. You coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timing and communication run smoothly.

You monitor the pace of service and support colleagues when needed. You contribute to a neat and professional appearance of the floor and make sure guests feel welcome and well taken care of.

Who fits this role

You have experience in service and feel comfortable taking responsibility for your own work area. You work in a structured way, communicate clearly, and remain calm during peak hours. You understand the importance of teamwork within a dynamic hospitality environment.

You are guest-oriented, attentive to detail, and able to anticipate what a table needs.

Education and experience

Job grading and salary

CAO reference function: Waitstaff Employee II, pay scale group 3 or 4.
Salary and classification in accordance with the Horeca CAO and depending on experience and availability.
