In this pivotal position, you exercise shareholder rights, direct complex M&A workstreams (such as carve-outs and integrations), and drive financial efficiency across a multi-billion-euro European portfolio.
Your core responsibilities and strategic impact:
You have aMaster's or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional capability) in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Corporate Finance, or Financial Controlling.
You haveexperience in financial controlling, accounting, reporting, or shareholder management, ideally enriched by commercial operational exposure to regional business units.
You have a demonstrated track record in project management and process optimization for mid-sized initiatives, alongside experience leading cross-functional (virtual) international teams.
You have functional knowledge of financial reporting, closing procedures, and business valuation methods, paired with experience in digitizing financial workflows.
You have a full professional proficiency in English. Fluency in German is highly desirable; additional European languages (such as French, Spanish, or Portuguese) are a strong advantage.
