Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facilities Technician – High Voltage to support our life sciences client operations in Leiden. The role combines hands-on maintenance with coordination responsibilities to keep facilities compliant and operating efficiently.

You will manage preventive and corrective tasks, coordinate external vendors, and contribute to continuous improvement while upholding safety, quality, and environmental standards in a high‑reliability setting.

Qualifications

• Completed technical education/training in relevant discipline.
• Extensive experience in industrial Facility Management.
• Valid forklift operator certification and logistics experience.
• Experience with CAFM systems and SAP is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and infrastructure.
• Perform general repair and maintenance work using technical skills.
• Coordinate external service providers for maintenance and repair activities.
• Process and manage work order tickets through first-level technical support.
• Monitor maintenance activities and maintain accurate documentation of completed work.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
