Qualifications

• MBO-3/4 in relevante technische richting.
• Ervaring met montage, machinebouw, onderhoud, productie of technische dienst.
• Vaak lezen van technische tekeningen en werkinstructies.
• Nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht met oplossingsgericht denkvermogen.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden; zelfstandig en in team kunnen werken.
• Engels is vereist; Nederlands is een plus.

Responsibilities

• Samenstellen van complexe mechanische- en mechatronische systemen.
• Installeren en verbinden van mechanische, elektrische, pneumatische en hydraulische onderdelen.
• Werken met precisie gereedschap en gespecialiseerde uitrusting.
• Lezen van technische tekeningen en werkinstructies.
• Uitvoeren van testen, afstellingen en inspecties tijdens assemblage.
• Identificeren en oplossen van technische problemen tijdens assemblage of testen.
• Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren om aan specificaties te voldoen.
• Nauw samenwerken met ingenieurs en andere specialisten.
• Documenteren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en rapporteren van technische issues.
• Volgen van strikte kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en netheid procedures.

What will you do?

As a Technician, you will work as part of a highly skilled technical team responsible for the assembly, installation, testing and maintenance of complex high-tech systems.

Your Responsibilities May Include

• Building and assembling complex mechanical and mechatronic systems.
• Installing and connecting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic components.
• Working with precision tools and specialized equipment.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, work instructions and assembly documentation.
• Performing testing, adjustments and inspections during the assembly process.
• Identifying and solving technical issues during assembly or testing.
• Performing quality checks to ensure systems meet strict specifications.
• Working closely with engineers, technicians and other specialists.
• Documenting work performed and reporting technical issues.
• Following strict quality, safety and cleanliness procedures.

Functie-eisen

You don't necessarily need experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing. We are particularly interested in technicians with a strong hands-on technical background.

You Have

• A completed MBO-3/MBO-4, vocational or technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or a similar field.
• Relevant experience in assembly, machine building, maintenance, production or technical service.
• Experience reading technical drawings and work instructions.
• Good practical and technical problem-solving skills.
• A precise and quality-oriented approach to your work.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A willingness to learn and develop your technical skills.
• Good communication skills.
• English communication skills; Dutch is an advantage but not essential.
