Qualifications

• Relevante hands-on ervaring met assembleren van mechanische of elektromechanische producten en systemen.

• Vaardigheden in twee-ploegen werkrooster en veiligheid.

Responsibilities

• Assembleren van complexe mechanische of elektromechanische modules en systemen.
• Bouwen van hoogprecisie kast- en systeemassemblies.
• Uitvoeren van inspecties, metingen en kwaliteitscontroles tijdens het proces.
• Identificeren en melden van technische of kwaliteitsafwijkingen.
• Samenwerken met collega’s om productie- en kwaliteitsdoelen te behalen.

Wat ga je doen?

Start as an Experienced Assembler in Eindhoven! In this role, you will be responsible for assembling advanced mechanical and electromechanical systems for Prodrive Technologies. Working from technical drawings, detailed assembly procedures and work instructions, you will build complex modules, cabinets and complete system assemblies with exceptional precision.

You will work closely with other assemblers, technicians and technical specialists in an innovative high-tech production environment. Throughout the assembly process, you will perform inspections, measurements and quality checks to ensure every product meets Prodrive's strict quality requirements. Because accuracy and reliability are essential, you should be detail-oriented, technically skilled and comfortable working in a two-shift schedule.

Your responsibilities:

• Assembling complex mechanical and electromechanical modules and systems.
• Building high-precision cabinets and complete system assemblies.
• Working accurately from technical drawings, assembly procedures and detailed work instructions.
• Performing inspections, measurements and quality checks throughout the assembly process.
• Identifying and reporting technical or quality-related deviations.
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve production and quality targets.
• Contributing to improvements in assembly processes and working methods.
• Working according to strict safety, quality and "first time right" standards.

• Salary: An indicative gross monthly salary between €3,310 and €4,110, with performance-based salary growth.
• Employment: A full-time, on-site position in Eindhoven.
• Working schedule: You are willing to work in a two-shift schedule, alternating weekly between 06:00-14:15 and 14:15-23:00. The Friday afternoon shift ends at 20:30.

Wat wij vragen

• You have relevant hands-on experience assembling complex mechanical or electromechanical products and systems in a high-tech or technical production environment.
• You can accurately read and understand technical drawings, assembly procedures and detailed work instructions.
• You have experience with mechanical and electromechanical assembly, preferably involving modules, cabinets or complete system assemblies.
• Experience within industries such as semiconductor, mechatronics, electronics, automotive or machine building is a strong advantage.
• You are comfortable performing inspections, measurements and quality checks according to strict production standards.
• You are willing to work in a two-shift schedule, alternating weekly between morning and afternoon shifts.
• You communicate effectively in English and work well within an international team.
• You are precise, quality-conscious, structured and detail-oriented, while also being proactive and a strong team player.
• A completed technical qualification in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or machine building is an advantage but not a strict requirement.
