Job summary

NTS in Eindhoven is seeking a Production Manager to lead their assembly department. You will manage a team of 30 to 50 employees and work closely with engineering and sales to ensure production goals are met.

The ideal candidate will have technical education in mechanical engineering or similar, demonstrable leadership experience, and the ability to work in a cleanroom environment. Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a production or assembly environment.
• Experience managing teams of 30 to 50 employees.
• Affinity with cleanroom standards (ISO 6 and 7).
• Strong command of Dutch and English.
