Job summary
The HEINEKEN Company in Amsterdam offers a 6-month graduation internship to redesign how Global Health & Safety information is structured, governed and communicated across HEINEKEN. You will combine information management, digital workplace design and internal communication to create a more intuitive and sustainable information ecosystem.
You will work with the Global Health & Safety team in Amsterdam and Krakow, engaging with colleagues across HEINEKEN operating companies to deliver practical
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s programme
- “Graduation/research internship”
- “Interest in how people find, understand and use information within organisations”
Responsibilities
- Analyse current Health & Safety information landscape: documents, standards and access
- Review and redesign governance of the Global Health & Safety SharePoint environment
- Develop ownership, version control, review cycles, metadata, archiving and publication
- Explore how SharePoint, Teams, Power BI and Workvivo can work as an integrated ecosystem
- Research how different user groups look for and use information to inform design choices
- Improve communication and presentation of information so colleagues can find and act on relevant content
- Develop practical, maintainable recommendations for after internship
