HEINEKEN is offering a graduation internship in Global Health & Safety Information Management & Digital Workplace in Amsterdam, NL. You will redesign how information is structured and governed across 80,000+ employees, combining information management, digital workplace design and internal communication to create a sustainable information ecosystem.

You’ll work with SharePoint, Teams, Power BI and Workvivo, analyse landscapes, define ownership and publication processes, and deliver practical

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s programme.
• Interest in organizing and communicating information within a global organisation.
• Able to work independently and structure a complex project.
• Strong written and spoken English; Dutch not required.
• You reside in the Netherlands for the internship duration and have a valid BSN.

Responsabilités

• Analyse current Health & Safety information landscape and governance.
• Review and redesign the information architecture and governance of the SharePoint landscape.
• Develop ownership, version control, metadata, archiving and publication approaches.
• Explore integration of SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Workvivo as an ecosystem.
• Research user needs and translate insights into practical design choices.
• Improve communication and presentation of information for quick understanding.
• Develop recommendations that can be implemented after the internship.
• Collaborate with Global Health & Safety team in Amsterdam and Krakow.
