AB Vista in Rotterdam, Netherlands (hybrid) is seeking an experienced Head of Supply Chain to lead global supply chain operations across regions. You will drive supply planning, inventory optimisation and customer service while developing high-performing teams.

This role reports to the Supply Chain Leadership Team, partners with Commercial, Procurement, Planning, Finance and Quality, and leads continuous improvement to deliver operational excellence and strategic growth.

• 10-15 years of supply chain leadership experience within a global business.

Job Title: Head of Supply Chain

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands (hybrid)

Package includes

AB Vista is looking for an experienced and inspiring Head of Supply Chain to lead supply chain operations across three key regions. This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for driving supply chain performance, improving consistency and reliability, and contributing to strategic business priorities as part of the Supply Chain Leadership Team. Working with teams across Europe, Asia, and North America, you will have the opportunity to shape supply chain strategy, develop high-performing teams, and lead continuous improvement initiatives in a truly global environment. What you'll be doing

• Proven experience leading people, driving change, and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across different cultures.
• Fluent business English and the ability to operate successfully in a global environment.

Contract and shift pattern

Fixed-term contract for 1 year, with the opportunity to become permanent based on performance. Full-time.
