Head of Corporate Reporting&Accounting | Private Equity Environment | Be aware: must be living in the Netherlands for application to be considered.
A Head of Corporate Reporting&Accounting role with real pressure, real expectations, and real exposure.
This is a position for someone who understands how reporting should look but is equally comfortable delivering it in an environment where timelines are tight, priorities shift daily, and stakeholder expectations remain uncompromisingly high.
The company is operating in a Private Equity setting with a clear value creation agenda and a possible exit scenario ahead. That brings intensity:
This is not a role for someone looking for structure and predictability. This is for someone who is sharper under pressure and deliberately chooses that environment.
Full ownership of group reporting and accounting, combined with leadership responsibility and direct exposure to senior stakeholders. Reporting into the Group Finance Director, the role acts as the connecting point between reporting, audit, technical accounting and transaction activity. Besides the CR&A team, Group Finance consists of Group FP&A, Treasury and Tax. The teams work closely together and consist of ambitious and highly motivated professionals. The atmosphere can be characterized as fast paced and dynamic.
