Job summary

Brewer Morris is seeking a Group Reporting & Consolidation Manager to lead the group{' '}s financial reporting, consolidation, ESG reporting, and inventory accounting. Reporting to the Director Accounting, Reporting, Tax & Treasury, you will manage a team of five, drive the monthly, quarterly and annual close, ensure IFRS compliance, and partner across functions to improve reporting quality and controls.

Qualifications

  • MSc degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in group reporting and consolidation within an international environment.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and its practical application.
  • Experience managing external audits and year-end reporting processes.
  • Exposure to ESG reporting, including CSRD and ESRS, is advantageous.
  • Proven people leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately five finance professionals.
  • Own and drive the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes across the group.
  • Manage group consolidation and financial reporting activities under IFRS.
  • Lead inventory accounting processes and ensure timely and accurate reporting in collaboration with stakeholders across the business.
  • Oversee non-financial reporting requirements, including CSRD and ESRS reporting.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with IFRS and support external audit processes.
  • Prepare and coordinate the group's consolidated annual report.
  • Act as the senior point of contact for consolidation, accounting, and reporting matters.
  • Drive standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement across reporting processes.
  • Partner with finance and operational teams to improve reporting quality, controls, and transparency.

Salary:

€100,000 - €120,000 base salary (40-hour workweek)

The Opportunity

Our client is a fast-growing international organisation entering an exciting new phase of scale and professionalisation. Following the appointment of a new CFO, the finance function is being further aligned to support continued growth, strengthen governance, and improve reporting capabilities across the group.


Reporting to the Director Accounting, Reporting, Tax & Treasury, the Group Reporting & Consolidation Manager will play a key role in this transformation. You will lead a team of five professionals and take ownership of the group's financial reporting, consolidation, ESG reporting, and inventory accounting activities. This position offers the opportunity to combine technical accounting expertise with leadership, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration in a rapidly evolving business environment.


Key Responsibilities
