Job summary

Oxfam Novib seeks a Unit Manager to lead the Project Management Support Unit, ensuring efficient financial and administrative support across the organization. You will drive continuous improvement, oversee budgeting, and guide senior leadership to align with donor rules and organizational goals.

You will manage a diverse team, develop staff, and promote high standards of governance and service quality, while maintaining an emphasis on empowerment and accountability.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong budgeting, financial planning, and performance management knowledge.
• Experience leading and developing diverse teams in matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Management Support function and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership and support organizational goals.
