Job summary

Bol.Com B.V. is seeking a Head of Project Management and Chief of Staff to strengthen the Advertising MT’s execution power. You will lead the PM team and work directly with the Chief Advertising Officer to sharpen strategy, align priorities, and accelerate value realization across concurrent initiatives.

You will bridge operations and the boardroom, balancing transformation programs with team development, while maintaining focus on measurable outcomes and disciplined execution.
