Job summary

MonFri, an Amsterdam-based employer branding and recruitment marketing agency, seeks a proactive Project Manager to steer multiple campaigns and shoots from brief to delivery.

You’ll guard planning, budget and scope, be the main client contact, and organize shoots with Wolfstreet and our makers. Your calm, clear leadership keeps complex projects on track while you grow into a lead role.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a project manager in an agency or production environment.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Clear communication with clients, makers and planners.
• Remain calm and decisive when priorities shift.
• Fluent Dutch and professional English.

Responsibilities

• Lead several projects at once: campaigns, shoots, and platforms.
• Guard planning, budgets and scope; steer before it pinches.
• Be the first point of contact for clients on progress and planning.
• Organise shoot days and productions with the makers and Wolfstreet.
• Get briefs sharp before the team starts: what, when, for whom.
• Improve the way we work as we grow.
