Job summary

Mostyn Chase is seeking a Head of Options Dealing to lead the FX options function for a global financial solutions provider specialising in FX risk management and international payments. This senior role focuses on execution quality, risk oversight, and product innovation.

You will own team performance and revenue contribution while staying close to the desk, structuring solutions and expanding the team’s options capabilities.

Qualifications

• Senior level experience in a regulated investment firm.

• Extensive knowledge of FX MiFID products.

Responsibilities

• Execute client trades to best execution standards, meeting regulatory requirements.
• Manage dealing risk, exposure, and liquidity across spot, forwards, swaps, and options.
• Optimise pricing in partnership with liquidity providers to maintain execution quality.
• Track global market trends and geopolitical events, advising on impact on client exposure.
• Build strong client relationships through transparency and proactive risk management.
• Work across departments on end-to-end execution, credit approvals, and risk mitigation.
• Develop the team's options capability through structured training.

You will own team performance and revenue contribution while remaining close to the desk, structuring solutions and developing the dealing team's options knowledge.

What You Will Do

• Execute client trades to best execution standards, meeting all regulatory requirements
• Manage dealing risk, exposure, and liquidity across spot, forwards, swaps, and options
• Optimise pricing in partnership with liquidity providers to maintain execution quality
• Track global market trends and geopolitical events, advising on their impact on client exposure
• Build strong client relationships through transparency and proactive risk management

• Excellent leadership across complex, multicultural environments
• High standard of written and spoken English; a second European language (Spanish, Dutch, French) is desirable
