Job summary

ADP is seeking a Learning Delivery Leader in Capelle aan den IJssel to lead a team delivering ADP learning offerings across self-paced, virtual instructor-led, and live workshops. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in learning delivery and strong leadership, with fluent English and ability to commute to the Netherlands.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in learning delivery or related leadership.
Commutable to a local sales office (France, UKI, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Germany) with full right to work in the base country.

Responsibilities

Lead the Learning Delivery team delivering self-paced, virtual instructor led and live workshops.
Collaborate with Sales Learning, Sales Enablement, Data Analytics, Marketing, and other stakeholders to align learning deliverables.
Provide input in design processes, incorporate delivery innovations, and offer thought leadership on modern learning delivery methods.
Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop staff; manage performance and compensation decisions.
Track expenses, forecast travel budgets, and schedule classes with venues.
Develop plans to execute department and cross-functional goals and strategies.
Build relationships with ADP leadership and HR Business Partners to ensure success.
Monitor performance standards and deliver high-quality, cost-effective outcomes.
