Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle is seeking a Head of Global Data & Analytics to lead the global Data & Analytics function from Breda, NL, with an office at Schiphol and extensive international travel.

Hybrid working arrangement, and a chance to shape the data-driven transformation across a major global confectionery group.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Data & Analytics function and drive the organisation’s maturity agenda.
• Translate strategic objectives into tactical and operational plans with measurable outcomes.
• Build and execute a roadmap to enable scalable AI, automation and productivity initiatives.
• Coach and develop the Data & Analytics team and raise overall maturity.
• Engage Executive Committee and senior stakeholders to build buy‑in and alignment.
• Improve data foundations, governance and analytics capabilities across the enterprise.
• Bridge business and technology to ensure value‑driven decision making.
• Lead transformation initiatives and monitor adoption and impact.

The position we are hiring for is located in Breda and an office at Schiphol, the Netherlands. There will be international travel involved as this is a Global position.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will be part of the Global Digital & Technology team and play a key role in accelerating Perfetti Van Melle’s data-driven transformation.

• Lead the global Data & Analytics function and drive the organisation’s Data & Analytics maturity agenda.
• Translate strategic objectives into tactical and operational plans that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Build and execute the roadmap required to increase Data & Analytics maturity and enable scalable AI, automation and productivity initiatives.
• Coach, develop and strengthen the Data & Analytics team while increasing overall team maturity.
• Engage and influence Executive Committee members, local General Managers and senior stakeholders across the organisation.
• Build organisational buy-in and create alignment around data, analytics and transformation initiatives.
• Improve data foundations, governance, analytics capabilities and related processes across the enterprise.
• Act as the bridge between business and technology teams to ensure value-driven decision making.
• Lead transformation initiatives and monitor progress to ensure successful adoption and business impact.
