Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle, Breda (NL) with global reach, seeks a Manager Global IT Solutions Supply Chain to lead digital transformation across Supply Chain, R&D and Sustainability domains. You will guide a team of senior consultants, drive SAP4HANA implementation and partner with global stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive ERP experience in FMCG, and the ability to balance innovation with operational continuity in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of management and coaching experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Supply Chain, Procurement and manufacturing solutions in FMCG/CPG context.

The position we are hiring for is located in Breda, the Netherlands.

The position we are hiring for can be located in the Netherlands (Breda), Italy (Milan) or Spain (Barcelona).

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The position of Manager Global IT Solutions Supply Chain (Supply Chain, Procurement, R&D & Sustainability) is part of the Global Solutions organization within Digital Technology. This is a leadership role responsible for driving the delivery of solutions across the Supply Chain, Research & Development, and Sustainability domains. You directly contribute to operational excellence, innovation, and sustainability objectives. The team supports multiple global business processes and plays an important role in the organization's digital transformation agenda. Currently the team is focusing on the global SAP4HANA implementation. Due to collaboration with 34 manufacturing sites in various regions, the role has a strong international focus.

You lead a team of approximately five Senior Functional Consultants. Beyond direct people leadership, the role is responsible for:

• Drive digital transformation initiatives globally.
• Act as a strategic business partner to business domain leaders, Business Process Excellence teams and regional IT organizations.
• Coordinate and govern external partners and vendors, including implementation and support partners. Ensure successful project delivery and transition of solutions into operations.
• Balance stakeholder expectations, operational continuity and strategic transformation objectives.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

The team is managing multiple large-scale global transformation initiatives simultaneously. The challenge is not purely technological. The real success factor lies in effectively connecting business, processes, and technology solutions across a global organization. As a result, there is a need for an experienced leader who can:

• Bring structure and governance to a complex project environment.
• Align a broad range of stakeholders.
• Successfully manage external implementation partners.
• Balance strategic innovation with operational continuity.

Therefore, you bring:

• 8+ years management and coaching experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Supply Chain, Procurement and manufacturing solutions in a FMCG / CPG context.
• Experience with global ERP implementations.
• Experience with vendor management.
• Domain architecture knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with configurations.

You must be eligible to work in Europe. We do not support relocation.
