Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle in Breda, Netherlands, invites a Global SAP Integrations Consultant to own and optimize the global integration landscape within the Global IT Operations team. You will ensure reliability, security, and fit-for-purpose integrations supporting critical processes and future initiatives.

You will work across SAP CPI/PI-PO, coordinate with stakeholders and partners, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong operational ownership in a cross‑functional, international

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of enterprise integration experience in a complex international IT environment.
• Expertise in SAP CPI and SAP PI/PO integrations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stability and performance of SAP-based integrations across platforms.
• Lead incident resolution and liaise with stakeholders, project teams and partners.
• Own operational governance, monitoring, and continuous improvement of integrations.
• Support integrations between SAP and non-SAP applications including web platforms.

Then you could be the colleague we are looking for within our Global IT Operations team. The position we are hiring for is located in Breda, the Netherlands.

As Global SAP Integrations Consultant in the Global IT Operations team, you will take ownership of a global integration landscape that supports business-critical processes across Perfetti Van Melle. You will combine technical expertise with operational responsibility, ensuring integrations remain stable, secure and fit for purpose while supporting both ongoing operations and future business initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Ensure the stability, availability and performance of enterprise integrations running on SAP CPI, SAP PO and related integration platforms.
• Lead the investigation and resolution of incidents, service requests and recurring integration issues, working closely with business stakeholders, project teams and external partners.
• Act as the operational owner of assigned integration services, ensuring monitoring, documentation, governance and support processes are in place and continuously improved.
• Support integrations between SAP and non-SAP applications, including platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), while ensuring secure and reliable connectivity.
• Contribute to change and release activities, project transitions, testing, go-lives and hypercare, ensuring new solutions can be effectively supported in production.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance integration performance, reduce operational risk and increase support efficiency.
• Provide guidance to colleagues and share knowledge to help strengthen integration support capabilities across the Global IT Operations team.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

You are a hands-on integration professional who enjoys taking ownership and solving complex challenges in a global environment. You combine strong technical expertise with a service-oriented mindset and are comfortable working with international business stakeholders, project teams, suppliers and fellow IT professionals. You know how to analyze problems, identify root causes and drive solutions, while keeping the bigger picture in mind. At the same time, you are able to work independently, challenge ideas constructively and contribute to continuous improvement across the integration landscape.

To be successful in this role, you bring:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise integrations in a complex international IT environment.
• Strong expertise in SAP Cloud Integration (SAP CPI) and SAP Process Integration / Process Orchestration (SAP PI/PO).
