Job summary

Mambu, a leading fintech SaaS platform, seeks a Head of Group Accounting at our Amsterdam head office. You will oversee accounting governance, IFRS/GAAP compliance, financial reporting, and controls while directing a multi-country team and driving automation and scalable processes.

Reporting to the VP of Accounting & Financial Reporting, you will collaborate with senior leaders to align the organization with long-term strategy, financial goals, and investor expectations, ensuring accurate,

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting.
Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CA) preferred.
10+ years in accounting/finance with leadership responsibility.
Experience in multinational, fast-growing environments; Big Four advisory experience a plus.
Strong IFRS/GAAP knowledge and internal controls.

Responsibilities

Act as Head of Group Accounting, shaping global accounting strategy and governance.
Lead a geographically distributed accounting organization and drive scalable processes.
Oversee financial reporting, audits, and internal controls across the finance function.
Collaborate with senior leaders across FP&A, Sales, Legal, Delivery, and Customer Support to optimize systems and processes.
Mentor and develop finance professionals to build a high-performing accounting team.
