  • 10+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, including leadership responsibility within complex, fast-growing, or multinational organizations.
  • Prior Big Four accounting (advisory) experience is an advantage.
  • Deep technical IFRS expertise, with hands-on experience researching complex accounting matters, determining appropriate treatment, and preparing well-supported accounting position papers and technical analyses.
  • Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end accounting cycles, including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, revenue controls, and financial close, with the ability to design, scale, and maintain strong control environments.
  • Proven experience strengthening financial controls, audit readiness, and process governance in a growing organization.
