Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Head of Engineering for the Fintech Courier and Partner Payout (CPP) team. You will lead a global engineering organisation, define technical strategy, and partner with Product to deliver secure, scalable payout solutions for customers, partners and couriers.

The role focuses on ownership, transformation and delivering measurable outcomes while upholding regulatory requirements and a high‑performing culture across the division.

• Proven track record in building high‑performing engineering teams.
• Ability to define and execute a technical strategy aligned to business goals.
• Experience delivering secure and scalable payments platforms.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and leadership development skills.
