Job summary

Peddler is a technology-driven urban logistics company expanding nationwide. The Head of Finance will build the financial engine that supports rapid growth, oversee cash management, working capital, payroll, and supplier commitments, and align capital with network expansion.

In this role, you will connect data to financial performance, develop forecasts and scenario models, and partner with operations, management, and investors to drive value.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, or planning.
• Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or another operationally intensive business.
• Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Knowledge of Dutch GAAP, financial controls, and cash-flow management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cash, liquidity, and working capital.
• Manage payroll, supplier commitments, fleet expenditure, capex and lease obligations.
• Turn analyses into repeatable frameworks to support expansion decisions.
• Lead investor reporting and management finance conversations with the CEO and investors.
• Drive automation, alerts, and AI-enabled insights to improve financial control across the network.
