The Social Hub, Amsterdam, is seeking a Head of Finance & HR Applications to shape and modernize core systems across Finance, HR and Legal. You will lead a small three-person team, drive tool selection and rollout, and collaborate with internal partners and external advisors to cut manual work and build efficient digital workflows.
You will guide payroll optimization, develop dashboards with the data strategy team, and manage vendor contracts to ensure a cost-effective ecosystem.
Technology only works when it serves the people using it, and that is where you come in. As our Head of Finance & HR Applications, you will take the wheel on shaping, optimizing, and modernizing the core systems that keep our global business humming. Leading a tight-knit team of three in Amsterdam, you will bridge the gap between finance, HR, legal, and tech to cut out manual clutter and build seamless digital workflows. We are looking for a strategic thinker who is equally excited to roll up their sleeves, test new tools, and mentor a growing team. You will have room to experiment, challenge traditional setups, and own tech decisions that directly impact how thousands of colleagues work every day. If you love building smart systems and lifting up the people around you, you will feel right at home here.
