Job summary

You will collaborate with project teams, shape hardware and software direction, and balance technical priorities with people development and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics or embedded software and people management required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop the team responsible for electronic design and embedded software development.
• Provide technical guidance and support to engineers in electronic design and embedded software development.
• Oversee team performance and allocation of engineers across projects.
• Oversee project development at a high level, aligning with technical objectives and requirements.
• Support project teams with technical guidance and decision-making.
• Coordinate collaboration between electronic design and embedded software teams.
• Contribute to technical planning, priorities, and resource allocation.
• Help develop engineering processes and ways of working within the team.
