Qualifications

• Previous experience in technical leadership, team lead, or engineering management role.
• Experience working on multidisciplinary engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of electronic design and embedded software development.
• Experience with project and resource planning.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance technical priorities, team development, and project requirements.

This role will be responsible for providing technical leadership, driving team growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of multidisciplinary engineering projects. You will work closely with project teams and provide technical direction and support throughout development. The role combines combine strong expertise in electronic design and embedded software development with proven experience in people management, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration As a key member of the engineering department, you will help shape the future structure, processes, and technical direction of the hardware and embedded systems team.
