Job summary

DeepHealth is seeking a Director of Data Governance who will lead the evolution of the company’s data ecosystem into a unified, high-quality enterprise asset. The role owns the strategic design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Data Governance Framework to ensure data is accurate, secure, and ready for advanced analytics and AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a Data Governance roadmap aligned with the Enterprise Information and Governance vision.
• Review, maintain, and enforce the Data Management Policy and Data Governance Charter against current regulatory and business needs.
• Facilitate decision-making on data standards and help resolve cross-functional data conflicts.
• Implement Data Quality Management procedures and establish KPIs for data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Define enterprise-wide data standards, including metadata management, data lineage, and master data management protocols.
• Partner with IT and Security so data pipelines support AI applications while maintaining security boundaries.
• Work with Security to define data classification levels and manage high-risk data access policies.
• Ensure data practices adhere to applicable global privacy regulations and internal Enterprise Information and Governance mandates.
• Align data governance priorities with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and develop team members as the data governance capability grows.
